General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of podcast production services offered by KONRAD MIKOLAJ PITALA through the Eventually.Today website and brand. By purchasing and using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Services

We offer podcast production services at three pricing tier levels:

– Support Small
– Support Medium
– Full Podcast Management

The key features and differences between packages are outlined on our services page. Services are offered on a subscription basis, paid monthly in advance.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled through our billing partner Stripe and are paid upfront per month. We accept EUR, USD, and GBP currencies.

4. Cancellation Policy

There is no long-term commitment and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective from the next billing period.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of services paid for but not yet delivered within the first 15 days. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Full text of Refunds Policy can be found here.

6. Service Commitments

Our service level agreement for Full Podcast Management services includes priority recording and editing, 24 hour response time, and ability to accommodate last-minute recording sessions where possible if notified 24 hours in advance.

7. Data Collection and Processing

We only collect the minimum information necessary such as your email address and payment details through our billing partner Stripe. This data is used solely for managing your account and delivering services purchased.

8. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data and safeguard your privacy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. You will be notified of substantial changes, but we encourage you to check back periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
